At Brainheaters, we work fully remote — but we stay deeply connected. Our founder Harsh is involved in every process, mentoring and guiding team members personally. We believe in ownership: every intern or team member gets real responsibility, the space to fail, rest, learn, and grow.
We don't believe in interns just "doing work." We believe your time at BH should be your most transformative learning experience.
We support each other, meet daily for stand-ups, and sync weekly for team updates. While you can work from anywhere, showing up to meetings and meeting deadlines is non-negotiable. Freedom with discipline — that's how we thrive.

Application Form
This is your first round. We review it carefully to understand your skills, intent, and potential. It's more than a form — it's your first impression.
Final Interview
A 45-minute video call with the Founder or a Core Team Member. This isn't just about your resume — we want to know your story, your mindset, and how well you'll thrive in our work culture.
